Gay accommodation or gay b&b in gay Brighton: We are not letting out rooms at present.

Gay budget accommodation in gay Brighton. We are not an hotel, not a guest house, just offering affordable gay accommodation mainly for gay men. Comfortable budget rooms for gay people, without breakfast.

We have one double (Weekdays: £ 60 per night - Weekends: 70 per night) and two single rooms (1st floor Weekdays: £ 25 per night - Weekends £ 30 per night AND 2nd floor Weekdays: £ 30 per night - Weekends: £ 35) in our private house. But check the "Rates" site for lower prices for more than 3 nights. We don't do breakfast; most people don’t want to feel they have to get up for breakfast “just because it’s paid for”.
If you want to stay with us, just write us an e-mail (enquiries@brightonrooms.co.uk) or ring: 01273 620 229 or 078 064 519 26.

The Palace Pier with all its diversions is just around the corner, as are the Water World aquarium, the Royal Pavilion palace, the famous Lanes, the grungier or, better, Bohemian, Laines and the main shopping streets.
Also, remember, in Brighton there is always a slight movement of the air, caused by the sea, so it never gets too hot.

You can follow us on twitter, to see our newest updates and prices. Klick here!

There are gay cafes, restaurants and shops all around us. Apart from the Marine Tavern, the small, but friendly, old-fashioned gay pub right across the road, there are three trendy gay bars at one end of the street and a raunchy one, a draggy one and a bearish one at the other. Most of the other gay watering holes of all types from staid to flamboyant are in very easy walking distance.

Our street is not noisy, though just off St James’s Street, “the gay highway”. But Brighton never sleeps. So, if you want to stay with us, just write us an e-mail (enquiries@brightonrooms.co.uk) or ring: 01273 620 229 or 078 064 519 26.

Accommodation in gay Brighton

We have no parking facilities, though there is street and garage parking. The parking garage is nearby (11 pounds per day).
You can get here very conveniently and cheaply by National Express bus. The terminus is only ten minutes’ walk away. The railway station is farther, but taxis in Brighton are not dear, say a fiver or so.

We have no facilities for pets, so leave those at home. Just make sure they are well looked after.

If you’d like to stay with us for a while, just send an e-mail (enquiries@brightonrooms.co.uk), asking if we can put you up at a certain time (at weekends for at least two nights, please). We’ll let you know “by return” whether we can or not.

We don’t go in for “service”; but of course,
1. your bed will be made and your room will be cleaned daily,
2. towels etc. are supplied and laundered every day,
3. there are facilities for making tea and coffee in your room,
4. as well as a bottle of water,
but you will have to share a bathroom (with loo, bathtub, shower and wash basin) with two other guest rooms. The rooms are pleasant, the beds are comfortable and we are friendly folk who keep the house clean.

All the rooms have internet access. Of course they are light, airy and have central heating. There is also a washing machine you can use. Drying can be done up the road at the launderette.

But please note: we accept absolutely no responsibility for your possessions of any kind, so look after them carefully.

Brighton, and especially the Kemptown area, is renowned for its eateries, so we do not provide any meals. Most people don’t want to feel they have to get up for breakfast “just because it’s paid for”. The cafes in the area do breakfast at prices we could not compete with.

For all other meals there is an unusually interesting variety of restaurants and take-aways all around us, from cheap to expensive, offering everything from junk food to pub grub, from wholesome homely to exotic fare. This is Brighton after all. Sin City, maybe, but Fun City for sure.

Incidentally, we have two iron rules:
No smoking in the house,
No sex between hosts and guests.

If you want to stay with us, just write us an e-mail enquiries@brightonrooms.co.uk
or ring: 01273 620 229 or 078 064 519 26.

Enjoy!
